Each academic year, every class produces their own set of rules, based on our school values. This collaborative process allows pupils to take ownership of the values and apply them to their own class context. Here is an example:
I approach learning with a ‘can do’ attitude and persevere.
I use my words and actions to treat others the way I would like to be treated.
I listen to others when working in a group and make sure everyone is included.
I take care of mine and other people’s belongings because I appreciate their value.
I use please and thank you appropriately and expect others to do the same.
